Another Great statement is “You Will” no one can make you do anything, you may let them. If someone told him “you will” it came at a very high cost to them.

Book Summary: We are obsessed with time. However hard we might try, it is almost impossible to spend even one day without the marker of a clock. But how much do we understand about time, and is it possible to retrain our brains and improve our relationship with it? Drawing on the latest research from the fields of psychology, neuroscience, and biology, and using original research on the way memory shapes our understanding of time, acclaimed writer and broadcaster Claudia Hammond delves into the mysteries of time perception. Along the way, she introduces us to an extraordinary array of colourful characters willing to go to great lengths in the interests of research, such as the French speleologist Michel, who spends two months in an ice cave in complete darkness. Time Warped shows us how to manage our time more efficiently, speed time up and slow it down at will, plan for the future with more accuracy, and, ultimately, use the warping of time to our own advantage.
Book Summary: Every once in a while, I get a chance to listen to broadcasts on radio or watch networking on television. And, the more and more I do this, the more and more I get deeply concerned with the quality of so-called religious material presented on such via comments, discussions, lectures, preachings, teachings, etc. Every so often, it is spiritually impressed upon me (I get led) to deal with some of the monumental misunderstandings that menaces the messianic ministry, mission, momentum, motion, motive, and movement. There are two strategies/tactics/ways to deal with this type of teaching and preaching: one is defensive and one is offensive. The offensive tactic/strategy/way to guard against it is to constantly teach and preach against it, thereby exposing it for what it is and minimizing it, if not eliminating it - this is referred to as the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; the defensive tactic/strategy/way to guard against it is to block or prevent it from entering your mind by literally putting a spiritual device of some-sort over your mind - this is referred to as the helmet of salvation. The material presented in this book is just a way to help us fight defensively and offensively by first knowing what we need to fight against. As a side note, the state of apostasy of the professing church is the final stage of the religious order just prior to the Rapture, which is phase one of two of our Christ’s Second Coming. I strongly admonish and request that each believer in Jesus Christ adopt the same attitude and mentality that the church of Berea adopted in the word of God, especially when it comes to the word of God.
Book Summary: The book of Proverbs is a cornucopia of practical wisdom on a variety of topics. The insights and truths covered in this book of ancient Hebrew Wisdom literature run the gamut including the nature of true wisdom and understanding, vices and virtues, relationships and roles, priorities, planning for the future, how to communicate, and how to manage one's resources. In recent decades, the book of Proverbs has increasingly become the focus of attention for Christians who wish to live lives more in tune with God's principles. In particular, Christian thinkers have begun to correlate biblical principles with the study of effective leadership. Yost examines the subject of godly leadership by using the book of Proverbs as his springboard. This is a scholarly, yet deeply devotional, study of the leader's priorities, the leader's plans, and the leader's speech. Once you have read this book, you will never look at the book of Proverbs or the subject of leadership the same way again.
Book Summary: Eerie Publications' horror magazines brought blood and bad taste to America's newsstands from 1965 through 1975. Ultra-gory covers and bottom-of-the-barrel production values lent an air of danger to every issue, daring you to look at (and purchase) them. The Weird of World of Eerie Publications introduces the reader to Myron Fass, the gun-toting megalomaniac publisher who, with tyranny and glee, made a career of fishing pocketbook change from young readers with the most insidious sort of exploitation. You'll also meet Carl Burgos, who, as editor of Eerie Publications, ground his axe against the entire comics industry. Slumming comic art greats and unknown hacks were both employed by Eerie to plagiarize the more inspired work of pre-Code comic art of the 1950s. Somehow these lowbrow abominations influenced a generation of artists who proudly blame career choices (and mental problems) on Eerie Publications. One of them, Stephen R. Bissette (Swamp Thing, Taboo, Tyrant), provides the introduction for this volume. Here's the sordid background behind this mysterious comics publisher, featuring astonishingly red reproductions of many covers and the most spectacularly creepy art.
